Income risk, sustainability and diversification - CFG annual conference workshop
Julian Lomas
CFG Annual Conference 2019
I am delighted to be co-hosting an in-depth workshop on income risk, sustainability and diversification at the Charity Finance Group (CFG) Annual Conference 2019.
With Helena Wilkinson of Price Bailey Chartered Accountants, we will be exploring issues around how charities can become more financially sustainable, including looking for different income sources. We will look at income trends over the last few years and how might this affect how charities raise money and what can be done to change a charity’s income mix. The workshop will blend a general update on income sources and their challenges/risks with practical breakout sessions to explore ideas further.
The CFG Annual Conference 2019 is on Thursday 16 May 2019 from 8.15am to 6pm at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary, London, SW1P 3EE.
It is aimed at anyone working in a role that relates to charity finance – from finance directors, CEOs and finance managers to treasurers and trustees, as well as consultants such as senior accountants and charity consultants.
